CMC Mary Matha Province, Angamaly, with its special dedication to education, sets forth the charism through education. The total responsibility of running this school rests upon the CMC Mary Matha Educational Trust, Angamaly.
The running of the Institution is vested with the Governing Body and the Managing Committee, which takes up decisions, organising meetings three to four times a year. All the major decisions are taken up by the Governing Body.
